Give your Name, Address, Room you would like, Check-in / Check-out Dates, Estimated Time of Arrival,
and Credit Card Number, Name on card, and Expiry Month/Year.
We do not access your card until you check-out of our home after your stay.
This secures your booking.
Cards accepted – EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, American
Express. 
Cancellations (This method)
No fee will be charged if you cancel earlier than 48 hours before your estimated Time of Arrival.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your Estimated Time of Arrival, or do not arrive at all, the full amount for one night’s stay in the room booked will be charged to the Credit Card number you gave us, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
2. Book Now using the BookIt Secure Payment System (Kereru and Tui Rooms only )
NB - Please enter your Estimated Time of Arrival in the
"Additional Preferences / Comments / Questions"
box which displays when submitting your Details.
Cancellations (This method)
Bookings made by this method are subject to the BookIt Cancellation Policy, which you should read when confirming your payment online.
Our usual policy is no earlier than 10.30 am and no later than 10.30 pm.
Please advise us if you need your room earlier than 12 midday.
Check-Out time
This is 10 am but it is possible with notification to arrange a later time.
